Not as good as the first two collections but similar editing errors The Harper piece was kind of irritating with the first person present tense narrative, though the story itself had potential Milburne s first person narrative was a bit better the fact it was in past tense helped Pammi s piece was interesting, and a nice change in terms of ethnicity, and Andrews was entertaining The final piece was brutal and not a romance novel but something else entirely I don t have a problem with it Not as good as the first two collections but similar editing errors The Harper piece was kind of irritating with the first person present tense narrative, though the story itself had potential Milburne s first person narrative was a bit better the fact it was in past tense helped Pammi s piece was interesting, and a nice change in terms of ethnicity, and Andrews was entertaining The final piece was brutal and not a romance novel but something else entirely I don t have a problem with it as a story, but when you re expecting one genre and get another, it s jarring Not how I wanted to end the novellas
